The reception of Banks closes at 20:00 (17:00 on Sundays). After closing time, Banks can be accessed with your key card via the night entrance.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more requires a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent to be charged to your credit card. For group bookings that are cancelled less than one month before date of arrival, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
